It can be wonderful to combine treatments such as facial & cranial reflexology - the combination actually provides multiple benefits. These are my most popular combination treatments but can tailor any treatment to suit:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice required is 48 hours in order to be able to refill the appointment otherwise the full treatment fee is chargeable.
If you are starting to feel unwell please let me know as soon as you can to allow me enough time to rebook another client.
Contraindications
For Zone Face Lift:
Contraindications include: facial fillers, Botox, invasive dental treatment: within last 4 weeks, pregnancy.
For Facial Reflexology:
Also contraindicated are: eye infections, cold sores and/or any other infection which is transmissible until it clears.
Recommendations
Please avoid any caffeine or large meal immediately before treatment as well as avoiding caffeine for a couple of hours afterwards . The treatment can bring out emotions so always good to be kind to yourself afterwards. Please drink a large glass of water before treatment and keep well hydrated after treatment.
