About me
Alona specialises in Facial & Cranial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift and is a Gua Sha & Stone Medicine Master.
She is a Women's Health Reflexologist with over 20 years experience, working with Fertility, Maternity and Menopause. As an Essential Oil Therapist, she works with and prescribes bespoke essential oils and advises on Health & Wellbeing.
Alona came to reflexology over 20 years ago after a stressful career in tv, which led to ill health. After she discovered the transformational healing power of reflexology and essential oils, there was no turning back for her.
What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment which regards the feet, hands, face and scalp as anatomical maps of the body. By stimulating reflexes on these areas with pressure, the body can be brought back into balance and health restored and maintained.
What Can Reflexology Treat?
Health benefits include treating conditions such as chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, depression, anxiety and insomnia. It can improve circulation, nerve function and immunity. A combination of treatments can bring multiple benefits.
Origins
Foot massage was practised by the Ancient Egyptians and Mayans and it is believed this lead to the early development of reflexology on the feet, helping a range of illnesses.

Facial & Cranial Reflexology are deeply calming treatments which can aid anxiety, sleep issues, stress. Gentle reflexes on the face and firm reflexes on the scalp can help restore health.

Known as 'The Spiritual Face Lift', this is the 'ultimate unwinding treatment', restoring calm and releasing tension held in the face and scalp, leaving the client looking visibly soothed.
It includes calming facial reflexology to help balance and additionally releases stress and trauma held in the facial muscles using deep Japanese Facial Massage. It also helps lymphatic drainage using Gua Sha sculpting with rose quartz, clear quartz and obsidian Gua Sha tools and rollers. Alona's expertise allows her to tailor each treatment for specific issues. The oils and elixirs are organic and smell beautiful, included in this holistic facial therapeutic treatment
